David Thompson

David Thompson, an 18 year veteran residential Realtor, prior to Craig Proctor sold real estate the conventional way.  David worked 60 to 70 hours a week, by himself, chased FSBO’s and expireds, sat in open houses on Sunday, and through sheer hard work and determination (but with lots of time away from his family) averaged between 50-60 sales a year.  Since discovering Craig Proctor, things have changed dramatically to say the least. 

David now runs an organization with 4 people, has almost tripled his volume (closed 148 sales in 2005), works less than 40 hours a week, spends every Sunday with his children and now runs small classified ads every day that causes the consumer to come to him.  No more chasing FSBO’s, no more expireds, no more open houses.   David’s 2006 transaction goal is 200 and for 2007 his goal is 300.  As David likes to say, “Thank goodness that I suspended disbelief for a few days when I went to one of Craig’s seminars a few years ago.  It has changed everything.”
